Relieved and pleased

My husband suffered a debilitating concussion at work and was overwhelmed by the negativity of all inquiries into Workman's Comp. insurance. MVA Accident

Jeffrey Nicholas is a Justice of the Peace who married my wife and I. Fast forward two years later. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in which the other driver ran a red light and t-boned my vehicle. Rather than going with some random attorney from TV who has no experience, I contacted The N...icholas Law Firm. I am glad I did. Jeff worked on the case non-stop. His professionalism was outstanding. He is not like most of the pompous and arrogate attorneys which I have come across during my life. He contacted me every few weeks to make sure everything was going good with treatment, and to answer any questions which I might of had. A true diamond in the rough and a true gentleman. When I did have questions and had to reach out to his office his staff was very accommodating, offering me the option to speak with one of Jeff's associates. Jeff has a great trained office staff who were very professional. Other firms I have dealt with in the past slam the phone down as you get transferred into voicemail. Jeff fought hard to obtain a higher pay-off on my totalled vehicle. Jeff also was able to obtain closure on the case without opening a suit. A great attorney who covers not only the Litchfield Hills but Central Hartford County as well. I'm glad I went with Jeff as his experience speaks volumes. Thank you and everyone in your firm!

Caring, Passionate, and Professional

After consulting with a couple lawyers I did not find met my needs, I was recommended to see Attorney Jeff Nicholas. It didn't take longer than a few minutes for me to see him. I was impressed by his candor and professionalism. It's difficult to find someone who cares and is personable while still ta...king his job very seriously. After gathering the facts, he told me we had a case. He provided me with his contact information and I set another appointment to provide Attorney Nicholas with all the documentation and information he needed to get the job done. And he did. I was compensated for all of my missed work and then some! If I ever have another accident again (God willing I don't) or know of any friend or relative who goes through similar troubles, Attorney Jeff Nicholas will be the first person I recommend.

Excellent lawyer!

I was in a serious car accident several years ago from which I sustained permanent injuries. I was very fortunate to have Jeff as my lawyer. Excellent Advocate
