She will NOT be bullied by anyone and she will not let anyone bully you in her presence. I never had to question if Kim was working on my case. Kim will take control and will not back down to anyone...as I have witnessed her strength and taking charge of the situation. Kim knows when it's time to be straightforward, take charge, do several things at once, question things, and when to pounce when someone is lying. Kim also knows when it's time to be calm, compassionate and patient with her clients. As I was one of those that did need some compassion at times. Kim is also quite funny, which is much appreciated at certain moments. I've kept in contact with Kim through the years. Now I find myself having to go back to court. Of course I called Kim Duell as she is the only attorney I trust. I am confident in her expertise, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of the divorce process. I wouldn't want anyone to represent me but Kim as she always has my best interests in mind. I would recommend Kim to anyone going to the divorce process!!!! She is phenomenal!!!!
