Exceptional divorce attorney

I hired Lisa Faccadio after a couple years of a high profile attorney group failing me because they were too intimidated by my ex’s attorney & they didn’t want to argue in front of a judge. Lisa was fearless, dedicated, and operated by the book. She may come across as abrupt, but her no nonsense ap...proach was exactly what I needed. I could not have asked for a better lawyer. Worth every penny!

dishonest

My divorce was difficult just like anyone else and I was determined to fight til the end. Attorney Faccadio lied to me to get me to agree to a condition in our agreement so we did not go to trial. I should have reported her but honestly, you just don't have the energy at the end. She also didn't ...handle a few post divorce matters regarding our 401k etc properly. I left and hired another attorney that I only wish I had from the beginning! She has no ethics and she is rude on top of it!

She hates men

When I hired her it was just so my then wife couldn't. But she didnt do her job. She was rude and very expensive. Day of divorce she sent an inexperienced lawyer who knew nothing about my case. If you don't want your wife to hire her, then just go consult with her. But don't hire her.

The Best There Is!

Attorney Faccadio came highly recommended by a trusted neighbor and friend during the painful process of filing for divorce. From the first visit of being scared to death to even start this unknown legal journey to it's conclusion a year later, Attorney Faccadio was exactly the person I needed to be ...by my side and on my side every step of the way. Her professionalism and experience were coupled with her genuine interest and care as she guided me letting me borrow her strength when I had none of my own. Never once did I ever doubt that everything she was doing was to make sure that the truth was known and justice was served to the full extent of her incredible capabilities. She helped me to see that she was an integral part of the process of acceptance and healing that has many facets outside of the legal realm. She would often ask how I was doing aside from the necessary information that needed to be exchanged during a meeting or a phone call. She kept me perfectly updated in all areas throughout the process with her commitment to communication in both large and small details. I can truly say that what started out to be a decision to hire the best divorce attorney in the greater Hartford area has turned into a most unexpected friendship of mutual admiration and respect. Attorney Faccadio will give you everything she has in her defense of you and sincerely cares that you are compensated to the fullest extent of the law and her abilities. Can you afford to hire Attorney Faccadio to represent you in your divorce proceedings? I sincerely believe that you can't afford not to! I will be ever grateful to her and for her.

You need the best when going through a divorce

Hindsight is 20/20. Looking back on my divorce, which was 10 years ago AND which Attorney Faccadio represented me during, I now understand that, as ironic as it sounds, the legal process of divorce is not about emotions. It is about separating yourself from your emotions and securing your future and ...your children's future. You're getting divorced. Stop trying to "play nice" and make one another happy. If you could do that you wouldn't be going through this process in the first place. Attorney Faccadio takes the emotion out of the divorce process and handles things like custody, visitation, child support, health insurance, the marital home, bank accounts, all those ugly things you never pictured on your wedding day. I'll never forget when I asked her how long until the process was over and she looked right at me and said, "You're not ready." Ready for what? "To slaughter him." She reminded me this was not about my broken heart- that was for me to talk to my therapist about- but about my financial future. Is she warm and fuzzy and will she coddle you through this? The woman is a divorce lawyer, not a BFF. Is she expensive? Hell yes. Is she worth it? Every single cent. Will you walk away with what you need to move forward. Yup- and then some.
