He took a look at the best options for the bad situation I foresee coming offering specific advise for dealing with both my private and federal student loans. My main concern was protecting my family a...nd Mr. Cohen answered this topic as well as all questions I had. He was very easy to understand and speak with on such a sensitive subject for myself. Overwhelmed and feeling a bleak future for my life and that of my family I now have a better understanding and a plan to move forward. I would recommend this man to anyone who has student loans regardless of the status as he is well seasoned with knowledge of all options that would best fit the situation one brings to him. I appreciated this because we did not need to waste time on the call listening to me explain when I am paying to listen to his analy...sis. During the meeting I was given information on how many aspects of the student loan process work and how they apply to my situation. He pointed out areas that seemed like I could be getting a raw deal from the loan companies and gave clear action items as to how to investigate them and what to do based on what I found. I did not feel rushed during the meeting and Mr. Cohen made sure I was clear on all items and that I didn't have any more questions at the time before ending the call.
