Great speaking to someone with an expertise

Joshua was very knowledgeable and understood our situation perfectly. Our consultation lowered our stress level and provided a ton of clarity on the correct path forward to deal with our student debt. I would highly recommend a consultation if you have any questions that need answering.

Student loans into retirement

Josh was extremely helpful with directing me toward my best options. Not having the right type of student loan despite working for a not for profit hospital was an issue for me. Josh was able to put together a plan B. Thanks again Josh.

Peace of Mind

I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money for the consultation but I'm so glad I did. Mr. Cohen was friendly and got right to the solutions. I would totally recommend this service to anyone who needs help with their student loan situation.

Great Resource

Joshua Cohen provides deep legal expertise to handle defaulted student loans. He explained the process to me in clear concise detail, so that I can steer a clear path out of loan default with The US Dept Of Education.
