Hi. I'd been dealing with federal loan issues since 2000. I'd written to State reps (FL), have spoken with an unknown number of FL DOE staff, enlisted a federal Ombudsman; and have experienced garnishment and default. I have a graduate degree and dedicated the first 20 years of my career to non-for-p...rofit work; all I expected from the State was a reasonable monthly payment.
