I have been trying to get a discharge for a parent plus student loan that someone forged my name for almost 4 years. My loan servicer investigation officer told me if I had an expert do a handwriting analysis and the signature was proven as being forged in their report I would be given a discharge f...rom the loan and no longer be responsible to repay it. I paid to have it done and when I submitted the experts report that stated my signature was forged my loan servicer responded that it didn't mean anything and it was just one persons opinion. Mr. Cohen is the only attorney who has given me hope and not told me to just pay it because you can't get out of student loans
