Brilliant lawyer who understands the labyrinth of student loan debt
Joshua is a powerhouse of guidance, legal information, and options for a person with student loan debt. He kept our consult relevant to my situation, gave options, and I left our call feeling hopeful (which I never have when dealing with my student loan).

Debt reduction or elimination
Attorney Cohen provided an analysis of my situation clearly. He broke down the process and provided step by step instructions to move forward. We discussed several options for reducing or eliminating my debt. He offered services going forward to bring the process to closure. Very knowledgeable and pr...

Cohen for the Win!
Josh was very helpful both times I spoke with him. He was patient in taking the time to answer a bunch (and there were a bunch) of my questions around this very maddening system that we have ourselves in. Don't hire him
This lawyer was rude and unhelpful. Emailing with him was stressful. He yelled in CAPS! in the emails, and mixed up my case facts, (saying he doesn't know my case) even after I explained it again. He would only speak to me once on the phone, so I had to try to figure everything out through email. Whe...
1) I sent you one e-mail with all caps as it was reminding you of a point we had just spoken about. That didn't stop you from e-mail me 30 more times afterward. 2) You only paid for an analysis call. You did not hire me to help you or further assist you, nor did I offer because I gave you a step-by-step plan. 3) Answering 30 e-mails in the span of 4 months was over and above assisting you for the single call you paid for. 4) You never answered my last e-mail to further assist you. I'm glad you've found someone willing to work with you, and hope you get the resolution you're looking for. I understand that sometimes personalities clash, and perhaps I'm not the best person to assist.
