Relieved

I consulted with Joshua about my case. He was professional and prepared. He had already studied the facts and was ready with a solution. It was an awesome experience and gave me piece of mind. I was relieved when I received all of the facts.

Professional and highly knowledgable

I had the 30 minute consultation to review my student loan issues. He was incredibly thorough with his approach to research why some of my loans were written off to bad debt. After analyzing all of my loans and the payments I've made he's going to see if we can formulate a plan to sue the student loa...n company since I was misrepresented. I feel confident that the outcome will be in my favor and wish I seeked his legal advice sooner.

Debt issue

Josh did a fine job dealing with a complicated issue. He really dug into the facts, kept me well informed and came to the best possible resolution based on all the factors.

Joshua's representation of me in a dispute with Midland Funding

Joshua helped after I was sued by Midland Funding and was already a subject of a court case. He stepped in, analyzed my situation and corresponded with the plaintiff's attorney to establish the validity of the debt. The suit was dropped and that was entirely due to Joshua's efforts. I would recomm...end him without any reservation.
