Consolidated student loan

We consulted with Mr. Cohen recently regarding our spousal consolidated FFEL loan. This loan has been a source of great frustration and stress for our family over the years. After our consultation we have a clear picture of our possible options, and why other options are not possible. He was extre...mely helpful and kind, and we definitely intend on following up with him. I would absolutely recommend that anyone struggling with student loans consult with Mr. Cohen.

Student loan debt

I have spoken to many lawyers regarding my situation and no one else had the knowledge and advise that Josh did. I believe I have a unique situation and he was able to give me the answers I was looking for. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone who is struggling with their student loans.

Just when I thought there were no other options...

After several go rounds with the US Dept of Education and feeling like I have been jerked around, I searched for and hired Josh to consult me on my case. During our consultation, though my case was unique, he clearly provided me with next steps and what to do if those step do not work. I recommend wo...rking with Josh. Joshua showed me how the Loan Service providers don't work for the Student

Joshua reviewed my Student Loan status and found that FedLoan Servicing is not crediting my payments correctly. I work for the Federal Government and I'm under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. He found that I have about 19 months of payments that they have not credited to my account. T...hat will save me over $20,000 in payments but most of all, I will be free from Student Loan debt sooner and will be able to retire in 2020 instead of 2022. He also verified my Repaye payment amount which is 1/2 of the IBR amount. I will be hiring him to represent me against FedLoan Serving.
