It was refreshing to speak with someone knowledgeable about student loans and repayment. I got all of my questions answered, and was pleasantly surprised with the results. After our meeting, Josh emailed me to let me know that I may qualify for additional forgiveness based on announcements from the... Federal Dept of Education. He didn't have to follow up with this information, but did anyway. I really appreciated being heard and finally given hope with regards to my student loans. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone who is struggling with repayment or just feels completely overwhelmed by their student loans.

I didn’t realize what I was signing up for when I agreed to sign up for student loans. At such a young age my eye was on the prize of the degree. I did not realize what a lifetime of debt/hurt it would cause. After paying for over 15+ years for my doctorate degree I am not in any better place than... I was when I took out the loan. Mr. Cohen made me realize what I should have known or been told in the beginning. If only this knowledge was common and shared in the beginning I would not be in the place I am. Although I am thankful for my degree and the opportunities it has provided for me it should not be a secret what student loan debt actually means. My only regret other than taking out the loans and putting them on the highly recommended forbearance plan was not contacting a lawyer like Mr Cohen from the start. I highly recommend his services. I now understand what I should of done all these years ago and know what I need to do moving forward, especially not letting my own daughter fall into the same trap. Please seek his consult sooner than later. It could save you not only peace of mind but thousands of dollars of your hard earned money.
