He emailed me a recording of our call right afterwards, which was extremely helpful because I have a mild traumatic brain injury with short-term memory issues. I was able to play the recording for my husband so he could hear all the original answers. I came away from the meeting with a plan to address my loans, which is exactly what I needed.
