Atty. Cohen answered all my questions and provided solid advice regarding my student loans and best path forward for repayment and forgiveness. I was particularly pleased to learn that I only have 9 more years of payments when I thought that I would have to pay for another 13 years. Thank you Atty.... Cohen, and thank you President Biden for helping working people by reducing the amount and time period for student loan repayments.

Joshua was very helpful, his follow-up was done quickly and thoroughly and he was very excited for me about the solution he had for my 31 year old student loan. It was great working with him. After reviewing my loan data that allowed him to see all relevant dates including initial dates of loan...s, potential consolidations, forbearances, delinquencies, etc., he assured me I was never in default and was eligible for a full loan discharge because of the length of my loan, which included loans related to a graduate program. He layed out what I had to do (consolidate my loan with the Federal Government) and provided 3 ways for me to do this and he very knowledgably explained the value and faults in each approach. He later provided all the information and links I need to make my decisions and or arrange for the consolidation myself if I wanted to do this on my own. He also reviewed for me what my self employment income based repayment might have been If I'd been provided a way to present just my income off my joint taxes with my wife. Finally he suggested a time frame for all of this to be done. A suggestion only as there is no transparency in timing on some of the process at the Department of Education. He then assured me he would be there for any questions or problems as this process goes forward. After our meeting, I had several questions, which he handled one after the other very quickly and thoroughly. I look forward to working with him, if needed, as this process goes forward. This so far appears to be the best $200 I've ever spent.

Speaking with Joshua on 12/16/22 was very informative. I'm currently attempting to review my options on the best direction to move forward with addressing the forbearance steering practices which added to loan balance pushing me further in debt. Joshua provided much needed advice on how to deal w...ith my balance that has been caused by Navient's harmful conduct. I'm currently reviewing the material provided by Joshua after my student loan analysis. I pray I'm able to settle this matter within an appropriate timeframe. Thank you for your assistance, Joshua.
