Advised of law so I could fix my problem

In my case, I did not know that I had incorrectly filled out a form sent to my loan provider. Joshua advised me of the issue, and of the law and my rights in moving forward with the loan provider, so that I can confidently work with them to fix the error.

A weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

I have been under default for years and have been sitting with this heavy weight on my shoulders. I have kicked the can down the road for too long dreading to find out what to do. After speaking with Joshua and hearing my options, I know that I will sleep much better. We have a great plan to get o...ut of default and end my student loan debacle. He explained everything in simple terms but also went into extreme detail and explained various hypothetical scenarios I asked about. If you asked me to describe my consultation using one word, I would be outstanding. Thank you Joshua. This guy knows his stuff. I did much research on student loans attorneys, and he is the most qualified person in the country.

Understanding and comprehensive advice

Joshua was able to discern exactly what my situation was very quickly. He then provided all the options for me with the consequences. Overall it was a time and money well spent.

Student loan analysis

He was great. He did put my mind at ease. He explained everything in great detail. From best scenario to worst. He was easy to talk to as well.

Wonderful consultation!

Joshua provided me with great feedback and advice on how to move forward with my student loans. I am about to start repayment after graduation, and Joshua provides excellent knowledge on how to talk to my student loan companies and to know my own rights.
