I appreciated this because we did not need to waste time on the call listening to me explain when I am paying to listen to his analy...sis. During the meeting I was given information on how many aspects of the student loan process work and how they apply to my situation. He pointed out areas that seemed like I could be getting a raw deal from the loan companies and gave clear action items as to how to investigate them and what to do based on what I found. I did not feel rushed during the meeting and Mr. Cohen made sure I was clear on all items and that I didn't have any more questions at the time before ending the call.
