Joshua was really great up front and had a lot of optimism. However, he failed to help in any material way with the rehabilitation of my student loans and after the initial consultation he was essentially impossible to get a hold of. He also attempted to coerce me into executing legal and financial s...trategies that I clearly informed him I was incapable of (including a 20% "down payment" on my remaining loan balance to get future discounts). He's a really nice guy on the surface but his competency is questionable. FINALLY, HE LOWKEY PRESSURES ALL OF HIS CONSULTS TO WRITE GOOD REVIEWS RIGHT AFTER CONSULTATION. I DID!!!! SO BE CAREFUL ABOUT THIS 4-5 STAR RATING, IT MAY BE SPECIOUS. MANY MANY THUMBS DOWN FOR THIS INCOMPETENT ATTORNEY.

I scheduled this 30 minute phone call several weeks in advance. I was so nervous because I am tired of struggling financially with this loan. And this was my last hope. These loans have taken over my life. I am 59 and can’t even think of retirement. I have parent plus loans and they fall under an inc...ome contingent payment plan which makes a higher monthly payment.
