I was very hesitant at first because I only had online access., but this attorney is the real deal. This attorney is really a student loan expert. He gets straight to the point and offers options for your debt that you could not even imagined before calling him. Another thing I think is outstanding ...is he does not take your money and run. The communication line was always open with him. He is very understanding and supportive (no matter how unorganized you are -LOL). He doesn't judge and is there to help people with student loan debt.
