John Tenn

I would describe myself as someone that does not require a defense attorney. This changed on September 6th when I heard the dreaded knock on the door only to see a police officer. I do believe this to be one of every parent’s worst nightmares. My 19 year old had wrapped her vehicle around a utilit...y pole and was in the hospital. By the grace of God she was physically unharmed other than bumps and bruises. Our family continues to be quite thankful for that. We are also quite thankful for the guidance and representation we received from John Tenn as this family was surely in uncharted waters; dealing with a DUI for a minor and with zero experience dealing with the courts. Right out of the gate John was quick to acknowledge and assist. I felt confident I had found the right attorney to represent my daughter as soon as we spoke over the telephone. He kept to the facts, kept us fully informed of all proceedings, and documented everything in writing. It is clear John is highly respected by the courts. I observed this first hand at the Pre Trial hearing. John was able to keep my daughter out of jail for the terrible mistake she made. I have been remiss with writing this review sooner. It is very difficult to deal with a traumatic event such as this and quite honestly it is difficult to write about it. The reason I am taking the time to do so is to once again thank John for his representation; and perhaps more importantly, to let others know that John Tenn is the man to seek assistance from if you too find yourself in unchartered waters. Do not hesitate to contact John Tenn. He will not disappoint!

Simply the best!

I can't say enough about John Tenn. I was facing a subsequent DUI charge along with Driving after Suspension and was facing jail time. I was preparing myself and my family for the potential job loss, house loss and all the other misery that comes with being incarcerated. John did not sugarcoat... my situation and prepared me for the worst. When the call came in and he had my charges reduced to wreckless diving and disorderly conduct with no jail time, I was so relieved and grateful. If you are in trouble, please call John Tenn. You will be glad you did!!

SNATCHED VICTORY FROM JAWS OF DEFEAT

If you're looking for a lawyer who'll get you out of a sure conviction, then look no further than John Tenn. I had pretty much resigned myself to having a DUI on my record for the rest of life. I also expected my auto insurance rates to go up through the roof and have to attend an endless routine ...of AA meetings. I felt defeated at the onset because the police had me "dead to rights." Even though I was in a parked position, I was behind the wheel and the key was in the ignition. On top of that someone reported that I was driving in the wrong lane prior to that. On the advice of a close relative who was also baled out of what seemed to be an impossible situation to get out of, I turned to John Tenn. John Tenn is as close a guarantee that you can get avoiding conviction of a DUI charge. The risk of conviction for DUI is too great to go with anyone other than John Tenn to defend you. Any other lawyer will make your odds of conviction more likely, John tilts the playing field your way. My only reason for writing this review is because of the gratitude I feel towards John for the effort and the result he produced. My review is solely based on gratitude since I received nothing for it.

Thank you John Tenn!

I hired John to fight a DUI that seemed impossible...mandatory jail time based on what the blood alcohol content was regardless that this was a first offense. He listened to what I had to sayand fought for no jail time. I cannot tell you the utter relief that brought. Thank you John Tenn for listenin...g and helping.
