DUI dismissed for my 20 year old son

After a relaxing evening on the boat, clear night, hanging in the bay on lake winnipesaukee, my son and 4 of of friends got pulled over by marine patrol and beer was on the boat! My son got charged with DUI. He willingly did a sobriety test, which was done on marine patrol boat, at night ! With the t...hought of our son having a criminal record for 10 years and what the implications were, we had to fight this. John Tenn is the man ! He was clear in his approach, knowledgeable and direct with the process. He was effective and worked hard to give our son a chance to a future without a criminal record. Our son’s DUI charges got dismissed ! John’s ability to work with the prosecutor clearly shows his skills. He left no cards unturned to get the best possible outcome. A lost of license for 6 months instead of 1 1/2 years, no criminal record and handled all of the legal paperwork and conversations needed. We are pleased with his miticulous work and excited about the outcome. John Tenn was recommended to us and I would recommend him to anyone with legal issues. He will fight for you. Personal Injury

I recently was involved in an out of state accident where I was severely injured in a public forum with an unknown party involved. After receiving emergency medical treatment I flew home and was prepared to recuperate and try to get back to my normal life as best as I could. I had no idea I may have... been eligible for assistance from the other parties involved. I was at one of my sons sporting events when I ran into John Tenn and he asked me what happened. After giving him all of the details he said he would look into this particular states personal injury laws. After seeing him on other occasions he would always keep me posted on his progress. Keep in mind, he did not ask me to visit his office, sign any documents or hire him as my attorney. This was all being done on his own time trying to help out a fellow parent. In the end after many months of communication, Atty Tenn was able to get all of my medical bills paid and a substantial settlement from the insurance company that insured one of the parties ending up being at fault. The accident was a very freak incident and I had no idea that this was a covered expense by the other parties insurance company. If it had not been for Atty Tenn's caring and persistence to do the right thing, I never would of known my rights. I would highly recommend Atty Tenn and his firm to anyone in need of a personal injury lawyer!!
