Could have done better

He represented me in a criminal case. He requested some conditions that the judge had never before approved for similar cases and the judge seemed frustrated with his recommendation. His recommendation was denied. I felt that, for what I paid for his fees, he could have done better. A public defender... could have done better. He advised me of the severity of my case and I believe made it sound more serious than it was causing me to take steps I would have otherwise avoided. I should have listened to my guy instinct instead of his advice. He recommended another attorney to handle a civil matter of mine and the other attorney was inexperienced and ineffective.

I do not recall ever having a case with the circumstances described in this review. I have never been informed by any prior client about a complaint similar to the alleged facts. If a prior client had a complaint I would expect that they would speak directly to me. Further, I have never been informed by a prior client about a poor referral.
