Hired Tim for criminal defense for an unfortunate 3rd DUI. He picked up his phone on a Sunday and gave me a consultation and a little bit of hope. He claimed that he could get my aggravated 3rd offense DUI pled down to a 2nd offense (even though I was within NH's 10 year look back period). I did what... he told me to do and he negotiated with the prosecutor and got the deal done. Was also able to move the court date out to accommodate my request. Tim has experience and is a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend him for any DUI case.

I received a Reckless Operation charge in NH as an out of state operator. Tim Goulden was the first attorney I contacted, and he answered my call early on a Monday morning.
