They're OK

They're ok. The first guy convinced me I should hire them. The second person i couldn't really understand due to language barriers. I sent many emails with questions that never got responses. The third person has been alright, not as helpful with answering my questions but at least I understand her a...nd she's been very timely in her responses and keeping me posted.

Just ok

Honestly, I feel like I needed to be on top of consultants. They were not pro active. I did get approved for SSDI I believe it was based on my disability not the work of consultant!

I found out by checking the status myself online(the decision was made on February 11th according to the ssa website) and rec...eiving the letter in the mail yesterday. Leslie was not aware until I sent her a message yesterday and they dropped me this morning. So basically, had I hired someone else, who didn't just hand me off to a "case worker"/ assistant and someone who filed the paperwork on time my family wouldn't be suffering needlessly. Traumatic Brain Injury Memory complications -2 lesions and cysts pressing against hippocampus Chronic daily Migraines Cluster Migraines with aura Ocular Migraines Major Depression Bipolar Disorder PTSD Anxiety Gallbladder disease (still have gallbladder) Gerd IBD/ mild Gastritis Photophobia Arthritis in both knees and in right ankle Patellar maltracking in both knees Narrowing in R knee Bone spurs in both knees Type 2 Diabetes Hidradenitis suppurativa Sciatica right side Bechets disease High blood pressure Spondylitis Eczema Adies Syndrome right eye ** UPDATE: I have been given a new representative, she is communicative and I don't have to hunt or chase her down, her name is Leslie and I am hopeful, praying that the extreme mess up before doesn't land me in a bad place. Initial review: I started with them in April of last year, some paperwork on their end didn't get filed during which time my SSDi insurance expired and disability is saying I don't qualify anymore. This really hurts me and my family. I don't even know if there's a way to fix this.....
