In all honesty this firm had turnover multiple times with different representatives assisting me with my case. I found having to actually contact SSA to get answers because some of my emails were not being responded to in a timely manner. However, the last representative (Alj) working my case commun...icated with me often to give me updates in a timely manner. I am grateful for his assistance in understanding my concerns. He was professional, patient and understanding through the final process . 5 stars for Alj!!

Sarah, the case manager he assigned for me has been very awesome as well. She kept in touch regularly not to get any information but ask how I’m doing. Very polite with thank youse. This has not been easy for me. I’ve always been a hard worker, but to have deteriorating conditions can be very demeani...ng and hard to show humility to try to get help so I can see doctors I need and try to get some relief at least.
