As a newly single father I had been given terrible access and visitation to my son. I had attempted multiple times to consult with my ex about a better visitstion schedule and she had refused every attempt. I needed to take this matter up in court but I had no idea how to go about it. I set up a meet...ing with Chris, he stayed late to meet with me as I live in Connecticut and it is not easy to make it to Rhode Island. We talked about my situation and he asked me what I wanted for visitation. He assured me that he would get me the proper visitation any parent deserves. He filed the paperwork through the court and in no time we had our court date set. The day of, he helped keep me at ease and again, assured me there was nothing to worry about. After a brief meeting with the judge and my ex's attorney, it was ordered that I have my proper alternating weekends which were to start the following weekend. We left the courthouse with another date already set to discuss vacation and holidays. He helped me understand how most holiday and vacation schedules are made and when the day came, once again, he had delivered as promised. I owe it all to him for the wonderful weekends and joyous holidays I have been spending with my son. My whole family, as well as myself, are entirely grateful. Thank you.
