Very calm and proffesional

Going through a divorce when kids are involved is the worst thing to go through, but having a lawyer like Tasha on my side, took the worry of having someone that would be there for me through a tough child custody case, especially being a man and already having the court system against you. She chose... her words very carefully and was extremely knowlegable about all facits of the court system. She got right back to me when I called her, which when you are going through this type of thing, having someone answer you when you are in a state of worry makes all the difference. She deserves to have her name known as being one of the best, most understanding, and competent lawyers in Massachusetts.

review on Attorney Tasha Buzzell

Tasha is my attorney for my ongoing custody issue with my exwife. I'll start by saying that it is no secret that many many men do not get full custody of their children when it comes to probate court in Massachusetts, but with Tasha's help and overall knowledge I did get full custody of both of my chi...ldren. Tasha is always there when I have questions and or concerns and has been a great advocate for my family since day one. I always and will always recommend Attorney Buzzell for any and all probate and other cases that she may help you on also.

Initially good, but lacks empathy

I had an initial consultation which went well, but after going to mitigation and seeing the other lawyer take the lead and Tasha sit quietly and just take notes, I started worrying. She was too quiet. She didn’t advocate enough in court, which lead to a bad outcome. Luckily I found a different lawye...r who straightened out my affairs quickly. If you have a contested custody or divorce, I would look elsewhere. I hate to give a poor review because she is nice, but that’s my honest opinion.

Poor work ethic

Hired her associate iniatlly back in September with pressing issues and a motion that needed to be filed immediately After calls and emails and not hearing back from anyone I finally got that the attorney was away. A few months had passed by this point and yet nothing was done. Spoke and met with ...Tasha who barely showed any sympathy that this may have had grave impact on my case. She did say that her associate, Michael had forgotten to do anything. After this meeting things just got worse. Tasha would represent me in court but never would speak to me prior to going in front of the judge. I was used to a lawyer who was in touch with her clients. She gave me the wrong court date once and I did not show for court because of her mistake I lost time with my son for two weeks and money for a vacation I planned. She did not apologize Again I emailed her about a medical issue I had and she told the other attorney which created more issues for me. I told Tasha this was lawyer client confidentiality and had not given her permission to do this. Their are many more issues but the last was I was in court and I had to ask the judge to speak for myself with her present. Tasha allowed the other attorney to lie and bash me and I had no choice but to represent myself. I would never recommend this office to anyone and this is the first time I've ever wrottwn a negative review on an attorney.
