Attorney Papachristos rocks! He showed up to my hearing straight out of the hospital where he just received emergency care for food poisoning. I told him it wasn't required to show up and we could ask for another date if the court would allow it. He said he couldn't leave hanging and soldiered up an...d followed through with his promise. I knew he didn't feel well when I saw him in the foyer of the courtroom. Despite having health hurdles, he was able to get a restraining order terminated (a nearly impossible feat) by methodically hammering away facts and presenting crucial material. He even had witness testimony ready to go, but didn't need to exhaust the effort, his meticulous approach was all it took. The initial restraining order was never served or processed and had been granted and extended already one time without me present, I was about to have it stick for a year and he had it totally terminated!! The other side's counsel tried very slimy and less than honorable tactics to fabricate truths. George proved every one of their falsehoods and through cross examination, and excellent questioning was able to get the real facts and truth out of the mouth, and admitted, from the R.O. applicant. He remained a perfect gentleman, composed and respectful even of the R.O. filer. I'm so very thankful for his presence on this earth. I feel very secure and confident with him as my counsel. He approached the restraining order incident with more than 100% effort and planning, like it was the trial that would make or break his career. If an attorney approaches a smaller matter with such respect, honor and commitment, I can only imagine what he'd do for others with greater legal matters in their lives. Attorney Papachristos went above and beyond to handle a case for our family on a false accusation by DCF. 22 mos of fighting the court system and DCF, George never let us give up.
