I wrote a very positive review about George Papachristos back in September 2018. I heard the official results of my case today. He won as expected, and thanks to Mr. Papachristos's cross examining skills and ability to clearly discern the most complicated situations, the agency in question is now bei...ng reviewed by the state commissioner as to their actions during my case. Once again, thank you George and Staff for the best experience out of a dark situation. It is over. We won. You rock!

After being coerced/forced into putting my daughter (16 and 1/2 years old) into voluntary custody of DCF months ago, all while going through a divorce, I am glad George came into my life. My daughter has a main diagnosis of Autism along with other issues, sensory, OCD, anxiety, shy bladder. Havin...g these diagnosis' she has her share of struggles. When she was not functioning at her best (because of her disabilities), I was blamed, as the mom, the finger has always pointed to me, which is furthest from the truth, I am the only one who tried to do the right thing for her. It is always easiest to blame the mom, the main caregiver, while the dad has done nothing to care for our daughter over the years, he has not seen her for parenting time since December of 2017. George agreed to represent me at the 6 month DCF review board meeting and my daughter is coming home this week. During the review board meeting George was professional and was able to speak for me when no one wanted to hear my voice. You cannot blame a caregiver for someone else's disabilities/struggles. George is honest, professional, continuously keeps you up-to-date on the case, listens and is beyond caring which is important in a time of uncertainty in your life. Before being referred to George I had lawyers representing me in my divorce case for a year and a half and George Papachristos and his legal partner, Mary Ellen, have done more for me in the past 7 weeks than my past Attorney's did in 1.5 years. I also have to thank Georgie, the Office Manager, she welcomed me with open arms and is so supportive. My daughter is ecstatic to be home, as am I, and she has a second chance to live her life, in her home, where she feels safe with her dog. I am looking forward to seeing what is to come in the weeks ahead in moving forward to finalize my divorce. Thank you.

I retained George's services after reading the reviews on this site, which looked nothing short of phenomenal. He was as good as people said he'd be, and then some. The allegations I was facing put me under a great deal of stress. George was a great help from the beginning. Every time I talked to... him I was more confident despite him working to keep my expectations conservative. He's a good listener, and was immensely supportive throughout the whole process. His skills as an attorney were also fantastic. It was easy to talk to him, and he knew what questions to ask to bring out facts I might otherwise have overlooked. George was honestly amazing I cant even begin to explain to you how much he really helped me out in my life. In the short period of time we met so for about 2 years I was honestly having trouble trying to sleep because I did not know what the outcome would be for my trial scared I was going to go to ...prison for something I truly did not do...I had a court appointed attorney at first and to me it honestly seemed he did not care and want to fight for this case at all unlike George....my court appointed lawyer he kept recommending I took a plea deal that I was facing a decent amount of time which really got to me because I really was innocent how could I plead to something I truly did not do...the charges were assault and battery on a domestic with my ex girlfriend that night we hadent talked for about 5 days we had a toxic relationship till this day I'm still really hurt over I really did love her I think I still do but I cant be with her...I found out she slept with some other guy at first she lied but she slipped up and out of anger i called her a s##t and she started beating me silly punching me hitting the interior of my car beating me up and I didnt know what to do she wouldnt stop hitting me I never laid a finger on her shes screaming breaking my car the cops came and she immediately told them when they asked and she said I was hitting him I was scared I did not know what to do it was out of self defense and a guy in a truck behind me saw movement in my car and all the movement he thought I had hit her when she was the one beating the crap out of me they arrested me thats when she realized how serious this was and she felt bad I guess and started telling them I never laid a finger on her that she was the one who hit me I didnt do anything and because this so called witness in the truck thought he saw something they thought she was lying and I was guilty and arrested me I didnt assault her at all......the witness made it seem like I really beat her up when she had not a single scratch on her how could this be true? How can anyone not see with there own 2 eyes that she had not a mark while I had bumps and bruises and a black eye I was completely mind boggled..not only did I find out my ex cheat on me I got beat up by her and arrested and had to do a few nights in prison for a crime I never did I swear I didnt...my court appointed lawyer didnt make me feel good at all all he kept saying tom the truth does not matter right now its only what you can prove....I then decided I need a new lawyer and got recommend George we met and we thought we could get the trial date pushed back because he just picked the case up we got denied several times but he kept fighting for me and trying they kept saying no but he fought for me and he told me dont worry tom I got this I was neverous I just hired him how can he be ready in 2 weeks but he made me feel good about it something my old lawyer never made me feel...the da had it out for me but court comes now its the day she showed up to testify against me because we had a bad final break up maybe to teach me a lesson she had demands that if I agreed to she would do what it took to make sure I didnt go to jail that I did a batters course anger management just to rub it in my face shes the one that hit me if anything she should do them but George said who does she think she is shes not the judge shes not going to come in here making decisions on what you do in your life and fought for me again idk what he did but he fought all day while he had another case he was late too to make sure i was okay..He really cared I felt it and he did what he does best and flipped that switch went into attorney mode and fought for me..next thing you know she decided to plead the 5th for whatever it is he did to help me out and because of that the case got dismissed before it even went to trial I could not believe it ..George your amazing man I really appreciate you you really cared your a good person God Bless You..
