Attny David Owens called me on Monday, April 29, 2024 in response to my request for a consultation, and asked me to email him information about my case which I did on Monday April 29, 2024. He stated that he would review my case and get back to me with his assessment of my options. I have sent him... several emails asking for his response, I have left him a voice mail asking for his response. I have sent him another message here on Avvo asking for his response, I have had no response although he is aware of the time constraints of my case. I would never recommend an attorney who promises you a response and then does not follow up. I will file a complaint with the Massachusetts Bar Association about his poor practice. Not a good attorney!!!!!! Be aware!!!
