Mark was referred to me by a friend who had gone through a divorce a couple of years earlier. He's personable and always stresses that we work as a team. He's a kind, caring person, and a family man. In the end, thanks to Griff's wisdom, cleverness and guidance, I came out of the divorce with joint legal and physical custody of my two kids; most of my stuff; and my dignity and finances intact. Because I was open and truthful with Mark, he was always upfront with me. I told him everything, and as time went by he saw my truthfulness - to this he responded with total respect. It was a criminal case, and one I was not proud of. Thus he saw my sincere regret, remorse and repentance - I bel...ieve, for my case, this inspired him to go the extra mile for me. That is above and beyond, keeping me informed all along the way. He was also patient with me, and taught me about was what going on around me. Since this was such a new experience, his expertise and caring attitude guided me through a very rough time in my life. He was tremendously helpful with my family as well. Taking time not only for my wife, but others in my family that were inquiring to what I did and the impact it would have on my outcome. The results were not what we had hoped for, in regard to conviction, but it was the best possible at the time.
