Mark Griffith was amazing from start to finish of my high -stakes restraining order case. My case was unusual in that I was fighting to keep a restraining order and the opposing party used scorched earth tactics and it went to a full (re) trial lasting THREE days. If I could have had the foresight ...to hear Attorney Griffith defense and closing argument, I may have left my abusive relationship far sooner. All I can say is that he was amazing and knows the court, understands respectful disagreement, truly knows how to counsel and is highly efficient and effective. And to top it off? Unfortunately, my family/ probate attorney needed to call in a criminal attorney last minute. What should have been a simple divorce, turned into an absolute criminal/custody war nightmare. Mark was called in on a Saturday afternoon to handle a criminal matter stemming from the most ugly divorce in ...history turned criminal/custody battle. For the record, I am the MOTHER.
