Your goto attorney

Immigration is a very touchy topic especially for those who have been through the painful phase of it. For some, it can be a breeze, but for others, it can be a nightmare. I certainly belong to the latter sect where my US citizen wife and I had to go through a lot. After a lot of research, we hired J...osh to work on our case after our I751 was denied after I was put into removal proceedings. Josh was successful in identifying the flaws in the denial notice and advised us about the process and what we can expect. With Josh’s help, we were able to gather the necessary evidence and were able to apply again to USCIS which was eventually accepted after ten days. I presume that they saw something right enough in our application to be able to accept it since I was already served the court notice. The process is still ongoing, but we have enough belief in Josh and his experience that he will bring us out of the hole we are buried in at the moment. Josh is an empathetic person when it comes to understanding the problems and does his best to fight your case. He has this inept ability to adapt to the situation which is a great asset when it comes to encountering people with different mentality especially when on the other side you have ICE attorneys. I actively refer him as your next go-to lawyer for all of your immigration needs.

Great Lawyer

If all lawyers were like Josh, the world would be a better place

Josh guided me through my naturalization process from initiating my application in July 2016 to obtaining citizenship in February 2017. It became clear from the get-go that he is knowledgeable, competent, and diligent. There were some wrinkles in my case, and Josh helped me cruise through them effort...lessly. I didn’t have to fill in the N-400 form by myself—we just went through the questions together, which saved quite a bit of time. He patiently answered all questions I had about the process and provided accurate predictions about how long each stage would take. Josh typically responded to my emails within half a day. He has been courteous, prompt, and professional in all his interactions with me. If all lawyers were like Josh, the world would be a better place. I cannot recommend him strongly enough.
