Green Card Application

After searching for a reputable Lawyer to represent me in my Greencard Application, I am so pleased that My wife and i chose Joshua. Our case was dealt with seamlessly, and with full support on every question we had that was answered in a very timely manner. Joshua helped with the application as ...well as helping to expedite my Employment Authorization card. After just over 4 months from submitting my application, my wife and i had our Interview at USCIS in Lawrence MA and had no problems at all. Our case was dealt with in the most professional way and strongly recommend Joshua's services to anyone looking for Immigration representation. I will definitely use Joshua in the future when i apply for US Citizenship.

Excellent Lawyer

Joshua is an outstanding lawyer. He is very professional, thorough, caring, timely and detailed. He takes cases very seriously, and very personally. He gave me lists of paperwork I needed, and if there was something I didn't understand he was there to walk me through it. He answered any and all ques...tions I had at any time of day. My case would not have gone as smooth as it did with out him. I would recommend Joshua to anyone in need of an immigration attorney.

Great Lawyer, Excellent Service

Josh is a great lawyer. Because we had Josh providing top notch legal support, my wife and I found ourselves to be very confident throughout the entire process, which can be very stressful. From day one of entering his office, Josh did a great job explaining what we would need to do in a straight f...orward and easy to understand manner, which helped us prepare well. He completed all of the required legal forms, documents, and tasks for us which was a tremendous help. He ensured we were very well prepared for the interview, providing lots of advice and guidance on document gathering and potential questions to anticipate. Josh was incredibly responsive to questions, always getting back to us within the same day. The interview, which he attended, went very smoothly, largely due to Josh's help. Best attorney in Boston! Very Honest and capable. Josh is a family man who understands the struggles people face while battling Difficult immigration issues. He explains the process, he supports you every time you need him, and he gets the job DONE! I am very pleased with our outcome in one of the mo...st difficult cases I have researched regarding Waiver of in admissibility and We Got it Done! Thank you Josh and his wife Ana Lucia for all your help! Ana was our Professional Interpreter for our USCIS interview. After traveling back home and reentering my husband is now a Legal Permanent Resident and FREE FROM HIDING IN THE SHADOWS! We are living the dream all thanks to an dedicated attorney that with his excellent advise and support helped our family stay together!
