Amazing!

Highly, Highly Recommended! Joshua was spectacular. After 22 years living in the United States I made a mistake during my naturalization interview by giving a wrong date. As a result I received a letter from Immigration with the Intention of Deny of my naturalization. I hired a lawyer to help me... respond to immigration and she was awful, rude and just interested in get as much money as possible out of my situation. 2 months after sending a response with that horrible lawyer I receive another Immigration letter denying my naturalization and announcing they would start my deportation process. After reading all the excellent reviews online I decided to hire Joshua to help me file for a hearing. Joshua was super professional, kind and supportive. He always answered all of my questions very quickly. Nothing like the other lawyers that just care about the money. Today, thanks to Joshua's help my citizenship have been approved. If you are looking for an Immigration Lawyer you can't go wrong with him.

Successful Marriage-Based Green Card Application

Unless you have actually prosecuted a marriage-based green card case yourself in the past, you need a lawyer. Period. I'm the beneficiary and, naturally, I did a lot of research. Our case progressed faster than any case I have ever read or heard about. If not for the virus hitting Boston a month ...before our original interview date, we would have wrapped this case up in four months and change. That is nothing short of a miracle. I credit this completely hiccup-free process In large part to Josh’s thorough and diligent submission of our application. There are a lot of forms you need to submit with the initial application and if you are not familiar with them, you will probably make an error or omit something important. Search for some random receipt numbers on USCIS’s “Case Status Online” website. You’ll be shocked at the number of cases that get rejected because of simple errors, improper fees, or missing signatures. Josh made sure this didn’t happen. He even suggested we look at the entire application before he submitted it. He had zero ego about the whole process. He never once acted like his vast knowledge of the field gave him the right to hustle us along through the process like cattle. In the same vein, he always, repeat ALWAYS, answered every question I had with the utmost patience. I bet some of them were silly questions and the product of overthinking but he patiently put us at ease anyway. He spent more than twenty minutes during one of our first meetings indulging my concerns and gave me a detailed picture of the landscape of this kind of case. This is a rare and valuable quality in a lawyer. Josh’s unflappable confidence and patience is exactly what you need when there is so much at stake. Make no mistake: You will have to gather a lot of evidence yourself to prepare for the interview. We were well-prepared but we would have been a lot more anxious if Josh didn’t come to the interview with us. When our rescheduled interview finally arrived, Josh made sure to make pleasant small talk and for a little while, we forgot we had one of the biggest events of our life coming up in a few minutes. The USCIS Officer was tough but fair and ended up approving our application on the spot. He actually asked Josh a few questions for clarification so if you’re under the impression that bringing your lawyer with you is an unnecessary luxury, you’re wrong. It will help. Never leave anything to chance. We didn’t and I am now officially a permanent resident of the United States and a great weight has been lifted off my wife’s shoulders as well.

He is the lawyer you can trust!!!

Talk to him just once and you will see the difference. He is rare and not like other lawyers who just want to take your money. Believe me, he has a heart and knows what you feel. He and his team are so professional. They are there to help you. I mean it. They made my really complex immigration cas...e so easy. I got my green card even without going to the interview. Josh is beyond doubt the best immigration lawyer out there

My wife and I hired Josh to help with our green card process and couldn't have been more satisfied with the quality of work he did and his dedication to our case. He has a close knit team at the office that always were available to answer questions, pass along those for Josh, and over all just ease o...ur worry through out the process. Josh never rushed us, always called us back, and always was clear on what to expect in the green card process and interview. He completed all the paperwork in a timely and efficient manner and sat with us through out the interview which was successful. This is a not an easy process for any one to go through and Josh (as well as his wife Anna and colleague Jim) were always so welcoming, patient, and kind to both my wife and I. Exceptional
