Being a recent college graduate and having never even stepped inside a courtroom prior, this whole mess felt catastrophic. Even though my case was seemingly daunting to the common sense eye, Mr. Erlich decided right away we proceed to take the case to trial. In meetings we went over police report lin...e by line and he explained things clearly. At trial it was clear that Mr. Erlich was a man that is plain and simple good at his job. He answered my call on a weekend (arrest on a Saturday), and responded to every text within minutes. Easy to see online that he is a guy who gets results. Best possible outcome for my case. I was guilty of neg. op. but by nature of the case this was inevitable. Marked lane violation went away before trial even started and most importantly the OUI was NOT GUILTY. Mr. Erlich stayed after the trial with the judge and he signed a motion to allow me to reinstate my license. Thank you again Mr. Erlich.

Attorney Erlich was the best choice I could have made to represent me in my DUI case. Even with a breath test being in the evidence against me, Attorney Erlich's skill in the courtroom and knowledge of the law was all I needed to make sure I didn't have this mark on my record. Michael was my lawyer in a DUI case. He did a fantastic job to convince the judge to dismiss the case as the officer didn't show up in court twice for different reasons. He wrote a motion to explain why the case should not be continued and it worked perfectly. Throughout a year of dealing with Michae...l, I found him to be very responsive and knowledgeable.

Michael knows the law and the different risks involved. Very familiar with the system and respected in the courtroom. He keeps it professional and although he is busy jumping from courtroom to courtroom he is prepared. He also returns his phone calls. You will not hear from him unless you need to... ask a question. At the first meeting with Michael he explains fully the worse/best case scenario, options available and I've found him to be accurate. Unfortunately, I have had to use his services twice within a year but he proved to be effective the DUI verdict, not guilty, Wreckless driving, dismissed, and the remaining charges were guilty. Very pleased with his representation and I highly recommend him to anyone needing criminal representation. Michael does not get involved in the RMV portion of your situation, your on your own for that. The RMV is a whole different animal, so do your research. Glad to say the incident is behind me but I felt confident with Michael's representation. Michael is professional, reliable and his fees are better than most that I researched. Truly can't say enough, one other thing to mention, Michael is not your friend, he keeps it pleasant but professional and don't expect hand holding it doesn't appear to be his style. He knows what he's doing and very good at deciphering the judges' personalities/moods which can prove to be extremely important. Michael took a very horrible and frightening experience and made it at least tolerable....do not hesitate to retain his services, he is one of the best!
