I decided to consult with the lawyer I met at court at first, but felt he wasn't going to do the right thing for me and my family. I decided to search for a different lawyer on line and Mike's profile and website with highly rated comments made me feel he would be the person I would like to represent... me. Mike made me feel very comfortable during my consultation and at ease, while I told him the event that happened at our house and led to my arrest and charges of assault and battery by my wife. I had accidentally hit her on her lip and she decided to call the police. Michael knows the law and the different risks involved. Very familiar with the system and respected in the courtroom. He keeps it professional and although he is busy jumping from courtroom to courtroom he is prepared. He also returns his phone calls. You will not hear from him unless you need to... ask a question. At the first meeting with Michael he explains fully the worse/best case scenario, options available and I've found him to be accurate. Unfortunately, I have had to use his services twice within a year but he proved to be effective the DUI verdict, not guilty, Wreckless driving, dismissed, and the remaining charges were guilty.
