Hired Michael to help get a criminal record sealed in Worcester MA. He was able to complete all the paperwork over email as I was in a different state having moved recently. He kept me informed via email on the hearing dates and the various moves he had to request. He was able to get the record se...aled without me even having to appear in court which saved me a lot in travel cost and general inconvenience. Whole process took about 5 months at a reasonable cost. Very responsive, only one out of 3 lawyers to call me back after my initial call.

He was very helpful in my case and all of the evidence of the case was suppressed and the case was dismissed I wish he contacted me a little more often but this could partially be due to me changing my phone number a lot and not remembering to tell him overall a great attorney I just wish attorneys i...n general weren't so expensive

I ran into some trouble last summer when I got arrested for a first time oui. I was pretty nervous about the whole situation, but Michael explained to me exactly what the process would be like and what would happen if I won or lost my case. I was much more at ease after understanding the process bett...er. When it came time for court Micheal came fully loaded. He shot holes in everything the officer said and took away a lot of the officer's credibility in the eyes of the jury. I got a quick not guilty verdict. I would highly advise you to contact Attorney Erlich if you are ever unfortunate enough to find yourself in the situation that I was in.

Michael is a good lawyer, he certainly negotiated a good deal for me. My only complaint is that he was no better than any other lawyer I've worked with at keeping me in the loop, but that is a very small criticism. I would absolutely recommend Michael to anyone who needs a good criminal defense lawye...r.

Mr. Erlich was not upfront about his rate for OUIs and misled me a little bit. He fought the oui well and was not guilty. He didn’t really seem to care that much in the case after being retained. I wanted to consult with him about the case a couple times and he never really showed effort about doi...ng that with me. I pretty much was brought a bunch of forms to sign the day of trial. Seemed like an administrative lawyer of sorts. He forgot the status of my license and one time thought a court appearance was set for a date that it wasn’t. I think Mr. Erlich is knowledgeable but he wouldn’t be my first choice again
