Over all it was a long process my oui case taking over 13months to bring to trial. If your reading this review I imagine you are in the terrifying situation of being arrested and facing a life-altering OUI conviction. I had the traumatizing experience of being arrested almost a year ago for OUI, operating with negligence and a marked lane violation last summer. I was and still am... traumatized by the whole experience. I was fortunate enough to have a nephew who is in law enforcement and recommended a few lawyers...Michael Erlich was one of them. Michael explained my situation clearly, honestly and I hired him. He guided me through easily the court process which was so scary to me as I have never even had a speeding ticket! When it came time for my trial I was planning a jury trial but then switched to a bench trial based on Michael's professional opinion and I won. Not only did he professionally poke holes in the prosecution's case while examining both officers he actually got the arresting officer to admit that I was not impaired!!! You could hear the gasps in the courtroom. I was found NOT guilty!
