Mike is great when it comes to handling criminal cases related to my driving issues. I hired him twice to handle my hopeless criminal cases and he did an outstanding job to get them dropped completely before they went to judge thereby they don't go in to my records. I'll say now that I didn't get to really use him the way I'd have liked to; hired him to help with a driving on a suspended license criminal charge and a traveling in the left lane civil infraction. This hearing was just to decide if they'd move forward with the criminal charges. The charges were dis...missed due to the police failing to show up. But, from the moment I walked into his office, he was very cordial, and had no doubts that he'd be able to get the charges dismissed. He allowed me to pay what I owed in two installments (which was helpful), and kept up with me the whole time, even when the hearing was initially postponed due to snow. Should I end up in a jam again (and I certainly hope I won't), I won't hesitate to call him.

Mike did everything he could to improve my chances of winning the case. From trying to get the breathalyzer results omitted to trying to get a bench trial. In the end we got lucky and the cop didn't show up for the trial, but it wouldn't have gone that far if it wasn't for Attorney Erlich. Above a...ll, he's a nice guy, easy to talk to and very straightforward with clients.

Being a recent college graduate and having never even stepped inside a courtroom prior, this whole mess felt catastrophic.
