I ran into some trouble last summer when I got arrested for a first time oui. I was pretty nervous about the whole situation, but Michael explained to me exactly what the process would be like and what would happen if I won or lost my case. I was much more at ease after understanding the process bett...er. When it came time for court Micheal came fully loaded. He shot holes in everything the officer said and took away a lot of the officer's credibility in the eyes of the jury. I got a quick not guilty verdict. I would highly advise you to contact Attorney Erlich if you are ever unfortunate enough to find yourself in the situation that I was in.

Mr. Erlich was not upfront about his rate for OUIs and misled me a little bit. He fought the oui well and was not guilty. He didn’t really seem to care that much in the case after being retained. I wanted to consult with him about the case a couple times and he never really showed effort about doi...ng that with me. I pretty much was brought a bunch of forms to sign the day of trial. Seemed like an administrative lawyer of sorts. He forgot the status of my license and one time thought a court appearance was set for a date that it wasn’t. I think Mr. Erlich is knowledgeable but he wouldn’t be my first choice again

This "criminal lawyer" thinks he is god's gift, in reality, he is horrible to hire for anything besides DUIs. Hired him, paid $$$$$, messed up a motion to suppress that ended up costing the whole case. Feel like all of his potential wasn't used and if he didn't have the "I'm the best" attitude or "I ...get what I want in any court" attitude and tried harder, he would've been great. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience, and up til the motion to suppress, I was and would have recommended him. Do not hire for gun charges. $10,000. Would ask for some of the money back considering I didn't take him through my whole case, but some things and people are just better left done and never bothered with again.
