Poignant, patient and brilliant. Attorney Erlich is all that and more. I did a very dumb thing that seemed totally justified at the time. I was stuck behind a city bus in a bad area, during a high traffic time of day. I decided to pass the bus whilst it made one of its many stops. So I crossed the do...uble yellow line passed the bus. At the next stop light, the driver of the bus was beeping and screaming at me. I flipped him off and drove away. I pulled into a gas station, parked my car and was walking through the parking lot to go inside. The bus driver, apparently saw me and started beeping, screaming obscenities and flipping me off whilst slowing down. I lost my temper and withdrew my firearm. I never pointed it at him as I kept it by my side for a deterrent. He drove off and I went about my day. A week later I received a letter from the chief of police demanding I turn in all my guns and my licence to carry. I was never arrested. However I was charged with a slew of felonies. Having never been in trouble before, I did not know what to do. A friend recommended Attorney Michael Erlich. I immediately called and left a message. He got back to me within the hour and walked me through what I need to do. A few months later I had my day in court. Attorney Erlich worked it out with the DA that I would pay a fine of $250 and 6 months unsupervised probation. Basically he saved my butt!!
