My case involved a 2nd offense oui motor vehicle accident with serious bodily injury. Attorney Erlich guided me very carefully through every part of the long drawn out court system. Hes in constant contact with his clients and is readily available. He very specifically laid out the pro's and cons ...on taking my case to trial or accepting a plea bargain. I did not get off scott free but I firmly believe the deal he negotiated, considering the circumstances, was the best possible case senerio. (No jail time served!)
