Dealing with the past legalities of closing on a home, I was not looking forward to the process. However, I was pleasantly surprised with Jay and his staff. He didn't communicate with legal jargon, he communicated in lay understandable terms. My Mom's a senior, so this level of communication was... key, she didn't feel intimidated by the closing process. I would highly recommend Jay and his team. Hoping he's still practicing when it's time for my own future closing....:)

Everyone from the office that I dealt with was responsive, knowledgeable, and knew how to relate that knowledge to others not in the industry. They inspired confidence in every action, when we sat down for the signing of my first house, Jay explained everything and had an excellent attitude as well! ...I would absolutely recommend them to others.
