There is nothing more important to a parent than the health, safety and well-being of their children. We should always fight for what is best for our children. You should know, that it is never too late to ask the Court to modify a child custody plan. We can file a complaint for modification at the Family Court. When we file the Complaint we will tell the judge why the current 50/50 custody plan is not working and what changes you would like. A child custody plan is never “ruined” we can work for a better plan for you and your child. In fact, it seems like the current plan has broken down, since a 50/50 plan did not or has not worked it will be easy for us to show the Court why it didn’t work and why we should have a different plan.
