Due to the nature of my situation, his office had to put through an emergency filing, which they did during our first meeting. Attorney Casey and his entire office made sure they collected all the required (and even more than required) data/info to make the day in court quick and effective. I got to court early and sat in on other Bankruptcy cases. I got a little nervous as a good amount of them did not have all the required info, and had to schedule another trip back to court. When it was my turn, I sat down, got sworn in, and was done in 5 minutes. Ann from Attorney Casey's office has been a great contact and resource for me as well during this process. I have a residential property that, after I filed Bankruptcy, the mortgage company contacted me about refinancing. I simply contact the office and send them any documentation I receive. Ann has been great to work with and continues to help me every time I call and send over correspondences that I receive from the mortgage company. They truly made this experience better than I could have imagined. My only regret (if I was going to have one) is that I didn't contact them earlier.
