Legal advice on Voluntary departure for deportation

After receiving NTA I just want to leave U.S, but on good terms. Can I work whilst waiting for judge's approval? I still have I-551 stamp I requested in field office. Will my status be terminated for good when I file for voluntary departure, when the judge issues approval for me to leave, or only when I leave? Thank you

I am in removal proceedings and I want to leave the US , how long does it take to receive a voluntary departure order? if I file a motion today (08/25/2022) to sever my case from my family who’s staying in the US, I want to travel by October 2022. Thank you

Husband granted voluntary departure for November 2019. He left before then and has been in Monterrey NL, Mexico since then. The consulate in Ciudad Juarez denied our petition because his voluntary departure was not verified. We received the bond money(7K) back so we had assumed it was verified. I read online that this should be done at the Mexico City Embassy but I called and they said no that that was not the case.

my i-539 extension of stay has been pending over a year and, I did not know that I had to apply for a second i-539 request for extension to no have unlawful presence, and avoid accruing overstay. Since it's done, that I have accrued 180days, the best remedy to this situation is to get a voluntary departure from an immigration judge? am I right? or there is another way?

My husband at the age of 16 was caught at the border and brought to a detention center where he stayed for 3 months and decided and was granted a voluntary departure where he abided by and left back to his country El Salvador he re entered the United States a year later we started our process and everything was approved even the I-601A. Now we face some fear and unsure if he is safe to go back for his interview.

I will be entering custody in county jail soon and I will more than likely enter into ICE custody while there. Hello, my mom had a last mater hearing on last February. The attorney advised her to ask for voluntary departure since she was about to get marry with a U.S citizen( that way would be faster) Judge granted voluntary departure with no bond. She has a I-130 form pending but she left a week ago. She is trying to do voluntary departure verification in El Salvador, but they’re asking her for a Form but she did not received any form form ICE/ DHS just a letter form the judge which stated the granted voluntary departure. On the website of U.S embassy in El Salvador, stated the requirement like this “Letter from the immigration judge authorizing the voluntary departure. Form: G-146, I-392, I-166, I-210, if you do not have it please request it through your contact in the U.S” Since my mom don’t have it, do I have to go to a ICE/DHS office here in California to get a form fill out or do I just send a blank form to my mom so she can take it to the U. S embassy in El Salvador to have it fill it out there ?

I’ve been in USA since I was 15 and now I’m 23 years old I came in 2013 Can I still ask to stay until I give birth to mg first born or that won’t stop me from being deported

I had an asylum case exactly 10 years ago and I was given voluntary departure (10 years ago) I never left the country and I got deferred action though DACA. I am now married to a US Citizen and my I-130 was approved. Case was sent to DOS. If I leave to get a visa would I automatically set the 10 year ban and is there any way I can adjust here.
