It is safe to travel on TPS?

Hello, I am Ukrainian, and I came on an F-1 visa. While still in F-1 status, the war started, and I obtained TPS. I am currently in TPS status, and filed a Form I-131. I was wondering if it is safe to travel on TPS once I received travel documents, or if it is not recommended?

Can I obtain a H-1B if I am a TPS holder?

I came to US on 2017 with Tourist Visa and applied for Political asylum, Last year I got TPS since I am Venezuelan and I still have pending Asylum. I work for the biggest health network in Texas and they want to request me for a H-1B, would I be eligible? and I guess I would have to terminate my Pending Asylum application.

Can I apply adjustment of status through marriage to my spouse now that I have expired A2 visa?

My A2 visa just expired a month ago and my parents went back to our home country while I got married 3 months ago and plan to stay and adjust status here through my spouse petition. Am I eligible? we meet the income requirement for affidavit of support.

Can I extend my O status with a pending Adjustment of Status?

I’m currently inside the US with an O visa expiring in November. My employer is working on extending my O visa, so no issues there. Separately from this case, I have an approved family petition F-1 category with priority date 08/23/2017 which is before than the Dates for Filling chart on the current visa bulletin (09/01/2017). Can I apply for adjustment of status (I-485, I-765, I-131) and then apply for my O visa extension while having the AOS pending? OR, should I wait to renew my O visa first and then apply for AOS. Please, let me know your thoughts.

I am working in Virginia on a L1A visa from December 2022. I shall be changing my client (employer remains same). There are no changes to my R&R at the new client. Should I file an amendment with USCIS for my L1A client transfer ?
