When can my father apply for US citixenship via naturalization?

My father immigrated to US and has been a green card holder since October 2019 and has been here since. My mother became a citizen in 2015. My parents have been married since 1976. Is my father eligible after 3 years of permanent residency? He is being told that he would have to wait 5 years since my mother was not a US citizen when they got married. Since my mother was not a US citizen at the time of marriage, the 3 year US citizen spouse would not apply.

Can I stay outside of us more than 6 months with a green card?

Can my wife (GC holder) and my two children (US Citizens) stay outside of US for around 7 months continuously? She went outside 2 months after receiving GC. 1. Is there any chance that the immigration officer will not allow her to enter US? 2. Will that affect our future US citizenship? She has the following documents: During her stay outside (all 7 months), she maintained a residence in US (leasing an apartment) Her husband was working as a full-time employee from US She and my children had full health, dental, vision coverage in US Thanks for any help.

N-400, part 12, questions 31 and 32.

Hello. In 2015, I tried to get a US tourist visa and lied to the officer that I was only planning a trip. Also in 2016, when entering the US airport, I lied to the officer that I would leave the US and was not going to stay. In other words, I lied to two different officers. Now I am filling out the N-400 form and I do not understand where exactly should I confess to my two lies, in part 12 of question 31 or in part 12 of question 32? It seems to me that I should put YES in question 32 of part 12, since apart from verbal deception I have never made any false documents in my interview for visa in 2015 and in US airport in 2016. Thank you very much in advance.
