Legal advice on Trusts

My mother passed away and had a Revocable Trust. I am listed as a co-trustee and the executor. We are going through the lawyer she hired for this and are being told inconsistent information. We were told to obtain an EIN. We obtained an estate EIN, and then we were told it needs to be an Irrevocable Trust, not an estate. Also, the bank told us we need a letter of testamenary or association. No-one can give us a clear answer (not even the accountant) on if we need to apply for a different EIN. Also, how do we obtain this letter? As I said before, the lawyer and her paralegal are never on the same page and give inconsistent information. We are at a loss…if it isn't hard enough to lose your mother then have no idea what you are doing.

My father and his father (my grandfather) both passed away within months of each other. My grandfather left an inheritance to my siblings but not me. I wasn’t formally adopted by my dad. He’s been my dad since I was 6 years old. According to the family, that’s the reason for not receiving any money. However, all my life I’ve been included and never was treated differently. I received money at Christmas and holidays, same for my children. So it was a shock not to be included in the inheritance. Do I have a claim to the same money as my siblings?

My mother passed away a year ago and left a money market fund without a beneficiary. I am the executor of her trust but the money market fund was not specifically labeled in the trust.

My parents have a deed trust. How do I find out what it says? How do I find out if it has been carried out? It's been two years and nothing has been done or changed here.we still pay bills, property tax etc but we want to transfer ownership. Me or my brothers want r to keep the house

I accidentally find out that my spouse put all his assets in a trust some months after we got married. It was like cheating me as he didn´t tell me anything about it. Does it mean that I would not get anything from him by divorce? I guess it would be the same answer if he passes away. Is it? We are married for 5 years now. No kids. If there is a will and he didn´t mention me neither. Would that mean that I will stand there empty handed in both situations? Is there anything I can do? I am not working now and have no savings. My mom was in disability(ssdi) when she passed away in 2019...Her dad who passed in 2014 left her a large sum of money in a trust with lawyer... When I asked said lawyerwherr her money went he said back tk the stste and refused to talk to me any further... Since then I have heard more then once this lawyer was a not a good one if you know what I mean... He has since passed away... How do I find out where her money really went?

2 beneficiaries refuse to sign off on loan resolution for bank holding mortgage of S Corp placing business to be inherited at risk for bank calling the loan. 1 beneficiary demanding benefits, seat on board, equal share of business, etc from the company that will not be congruent with their shareholding and demanding certain percentage of shareholdings. Same beneficiary was fired by original settlers years before their death as she is toxic to the S corp. I.e. her own I parents fired her because "she cannot contribute anything of value to this company". Which is true, she only causes mayhem and stole very small amounts of petty cash before and after she was fired. . Same beneficiary is demanding position with in the corp and equal share of corp vs. equal portion of trust assets as appropriate. Corp is at risk for bank calling loan. S corp . Now refusing to sign off on loan unless she is assured of these benefits vs allowing the trustee to relegate how to disburse her share assets. If S Corp suffers damage like bank calling the loan and selling the business vs. beneficiaries inheriting and selling their shares can beneficiary be sued?

I have a deed and was trustee of a recoverable will . The judge would not probate my will and says that she will put down I can’t sale property and she will appoint heir as administrator. Is that true ? She had dismissed the heir petition with predicure because she stated there is no Will when it was and now she was to appoint her . Can I still Sell house and is it out probate since I had will and deed before my probate got denied ?
