Legal advice on Moving violations

I went down a side street I haven't been on for a couple of years and there is a stop sign that wasn't there the last time I drove down it. As I drove down the road there were city trucks with flashing lights and as I was looking at them I saw a couple of caution flags on the backside of a sign and as I was following the car ahead of me I looked at my side of the street I saw the stop sign with caution flags but I was already entering the intersection so could not stop safely so I just kept going. and the car behind me ran the sign also. The policeman stopped me and the car behind me and the car in front of me got away. I'm on SSI and have disabled plates and I'm wondering; isn't there a rule that says if you can't stop safely, you don't have to stop? I didn't want to stop in the middle of the intersection. I can't afford to hire an attorney or pay the fine, can I get a reduction or make payments or anything?

I made an illegal u-turn and the cops pulled me over. They just let me know that I did it, asked for my license, registration, and insurance, and after a while, just let me go. Will this pop up anywhere?

While coming from Niagra Falls I was on the highway when I was in the 1st lane & happen to encounter this. It is the 1st time I have been issued a ticket. Please guide me on how steps or actions can follow to avoid getting penalties or charges. What should I tell the judge? Please guide.

Should I take the ticket and do a defensive driving course to remove the 2 points? Or should I lawyer up? The prosecutor offered a plea to 39:4-97 but that comes with 400$ of fines. I cannot afford that.

I got a traffic ticket a year ago for passing someone on the shoulder and going 35 in a 25 while passing them.

I was stopped a police officer for speeding and issued a warning and left the scene. Later received a summon for careless driving for the same incident. I was not carelessly driving but might have been going bit over the speed limit unbeknownst to me following a car.
