How do I explain driving without a registration, driving without insurance, and driving with switched plates?

My car broke down and I was using my friend's car to drive to work. I got pulled over and could not find the registration for the vehicle, and because it wasn't my car, I didn't have insurance on it, even though I have insurance on my vehicle, but my friend does on his. On top of that the plates were switched? It wasn't my vehicle so I didn't know what the license plate should be. Is there any way to explain all this to the judge so I don't get a misdemeanor?

Can I get my license renewed?

My license was suspended back In 2014 for driving with no insurance I was given a ticket for $2,000 in Will county and it’s now with a collection agency and at $3,000 my license since then has expired this was all before I was 21 I have not had a license since 2014 would I be able to go get a new license and retake the driving test and all of that without paying that no insurance ticket ?

What if I cannot afford a lawyer? What should I plead in court for driving without insurance?

I tried finding a lawyer for court but I just literally cannot afford one. I have insurance now for a different vehicle. TA-17-107 knowingly driving uninsured vehicle, car was insured officer would not accept digital proof of insurance?

I was stopped in July which resulted in a citation for Statute Code:TA.17.107.A1 Charge Description: KNOWINGLY DRIVING UNINSURED VEHICLE. My vehicle was insured, proof of insurance is available and will be presented in court. The officer would not accept the digital insurance card I had on my phone. I am no scheduled to appear in Maryland court on 9/17. I will be out of state at that time, relocating to Hawaii. What are my options for this ridiculous situation as I have no way of appearing in person for the trial?

What legal rights do I have with a disgruntle family member?

My family agreed to let me and my kids live with them -rent free-after my divorce and while I am in grad school.
